The first Aid saves Iives course with Adam and Helen was very informative and I enjoyed it very much. From not having done any form of training before hand i now feel confident in doing DR ABC if I needed too. The class was a very nice bunch of people and I felt easy enough to ask questions and get stuck in. I would really recommend them to anyone who wants to learn in a nice environment with friendly people.

Great friendly atmosphere from the staff when i was at that training. They made everyone feel comfortable for when completing the CPR practice. Everyone who did the training was accepted even if they had no experience or a lot of experience in first aid safety training. I definitely recommend for beginners who want to learn about this topic.
